I'll help you slow down the cycle that has become second nature and discover and work through new ways of interacting. Through this process you will grow compassion and understanding for one another while feeling heard by your partner.

We can reignite that spark that you once had for each other. In addition to taking a look at communication patterns and dynamics, we will also explore connection. We will look at how you both give and receive love and what each of your dreams and desires are.

Through communication exercises, intentionally working through conflict rather than avoiding it, and growing understanding for each other, you will once again feel connected and like a partnership.
